Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item upgrading for a different one similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage.

Players can roll their equipment using three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a common item upgrades. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade item equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade item button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This is an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to burden their wallets. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade tokens.

Upgrades to items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item upgrading it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
